Kenelm Tonkin B.Com, FAIM, MAICD is the Chief Executive Officer of Customerze. His inbound customer service and technical support experience is extensive. Kenelm first pursued client-side outsourcing options from 2008 as owner of Law & Finance and then Tonkin Corporation, B2B events businesses operating in three continents. He parlayed these experiences into a stand-alone captive, later expanding into the specialist inbound customer service BPO Customerze is today. In addition to launching 14 companies, Kenelm has extensive acquisition and divestment experience.
Chief Information Officer
Andrew Allen is the Chief Information Officer of Customerze. His technical proficiency spans 25 years as a software engineer, development manager, R&D director and CIO. This experience allows Andrew to lead implementation teams for IVR set-up, call queue management, callback systems, call recording, self-service portals, call screening, real-time monitoring and firewall protection. It also gives him insight into technology strategy such as AI and voice recognition. Andrew holds double-degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Bringing 20 years' financial management experience at Cebu Pacific Air, Young & Rubicam Group, Arvato Financial Solutions and NCO Group, Wilfredo Regalado is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Customerze. His expertise spans statutory compliance, tax planning, controllership, treasury and business continuity management, gained in an array of industries from BPO to aviation, from property to telecommunications. Wilfredo has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Julio P.G. Bucoy is the retained legal counsel and corporate secretary. A member of the Philippine Bar, Julio comes to Customerze with professional experience from the Picazo Buyco Tan Fider & Santos Law Office and ATR Asset Management, Inc. He was conferred his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Economics from Fordham University, New York.
Francis Techico is the Operations Manager of Customerze. His business process outsourcing experience includes inbound customer service, technical support, financial processing and outbound sales for marquee brands such as AMEX, Walmart, Bank of America, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, GE, JCPenney, Discover, Yellow Pages, Dish, Synchrony Bank, Hyperlocal and Triple A. Francis successfully scaled a team of 10 to a 150 agent omni-channel operation across 5 sites. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Lyceum University.
Cassandra Licari is the Financial Controller of Customerze. She has been providing accounting and payroll services to the business process outsourcing industry since 2011 but her experience in this area spans software development, corporate training, B2B conferences, data management and marketing services. She was conferred a Bachelor of Applied Science by the University of Sydney.
